When I work with people in the clinic who are stuck in rut, I know I don’t have a chance in hell in helping them to make changes to their personal situation until I can get them to change their thinking about it. This thinking will almost always involve some belief’s they have about their situation and ultimately about THEMSELVES.
While beliefs can be thoughts you believe about yourself, they can also be about others or life in general. They are TRUTHS that resonate with you. Whenever something resonates with you it effects your behaviors.
So when your trying to get out of a rut, instead of looking at the situation itself, look at your thoughts…
